Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Brand Manager in executing the brand's agenda.
  2. Support end-to-end marketing activities across 8 competencies.
  3. Analyze root issues and opportunities across the 6Ps.
  4. Develop insights from various stakeholders into actionable plans.
  5. Collaborate with global teams to shape brand strategy.
  6. Develop and execute activity plans timely.
  7. Lead sales and operational planning.
  8. Manage local projects and launch plans.
  9. Monitor and optimize brand performance.
  10. Manage the brand budget effectively.
  11. Develop junior talent and lead organizational impact.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum: Relevant degree, 3+ years' experience, project management skills.

Preferred: Experience in brand development, innovation, digital marketing, and revenue management.

Skills: Business acumen, consumer focus, analytical skills, stakeholder influence, S&OP management, growth mindset, leadership, and resilience.
