Join our client as a Long Term Financial Advisor in their long-term division, where you'll deliver holistic, client-centered financial advice that aligns with FAIS requirements. This role focuses on understanding client needs to create tailored financial plans, upholding their values of innovation, empathy, and excellence.

Platinum Talent is seeking multiple experienced Long-Term Financial Advisers on behalf of our esteemed clients in the financial services sector.

This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver holistic, client-focused financial planning and advice that adheres to FAIS standards.

The ideal candidate will prioritize client needs and foster strong relationships, providing financial solutions that align with both client expectations and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. Long-term industry-related qualification (NQF5) advantageous
  3. RE5 Certification
  4. Own reliable transport
  5. Clear ITC and criminal record

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive long-term financial advice to clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, building and managing a client portfolio, and demonstrating proactive customer focus to achieve and exceed targets. The role offers high-paying commission products and variable terms, office space, training, and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client experiences across diverse market segments, including middle-income, affluent, professional, and business clients.

Education:

At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry, Matric or equivalent qualification. Compliance with FAIS requirements based on the date of first appointment (DOFA): relevant Class of Business Certificates completed within 1 year of DOFA, RE5 certification completed within 2 years, and FSCA-approved qualification obtained within 6 years.
