Minimum Requirements :

Academic & Agricultural Expertise : Degree in agriculture, environmental sciences, sustainability, or a related field.

Industry Experience : 5+ years in sustainability, responsible sourcing, supply chain ethics, or coffee / agriculture.

Project Management Skills : Ability to develop, implement, and manage sustainability projects with measurable impact.

Communication & Relationship Building : Comfortable engaging with farmers, suppliers, corporate leaders, and community stakeholders.

Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations for on-the-ground implementation.
