Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised plant supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our treatment plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the plant, managing a team of production staff, and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Job Duties

1. Supervise and coordinate the operations of the medical waste treatment plant
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
3. Oversee the disposal and treatment of medical waste materials
4. Maintain records of waste processing activities
5. Train and supervise plant staff
6. Implement and enforce plant procedures and policies
7. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance

Requirements

Education
