Description

Responsibilities include:

1. Positively uphold the AVBOB brand at all times.
2. Arrange and execute funerals in line with AVBOB standards and client’s needs.
3. Maintain high levels of customer service to AVBOB clients.
4. Manage the operations of the branch.
5. Ensure the management of the AVBOB funeral branch complies with legislative requirements.
6. Oversee infrastructure management, including buildings, fleet, and operational equipment, in line with AVBOB standards.
7. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Train and develop branch staff.
9. Drive business focus to achieve set business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant post-matric qualification in business-related fields.
• Computer literacy.

Skills:

• Business acumen in operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
