Job description

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

  • To provide administrative support to the Processing Operations Manager.
  • Daily intake and yield reports.
  • Relief function for shift intake clerks (sick and annual leave).
  • Arrange and assist with management meetings.
  • Keeping and distributing of meeting minutes.
  • Manage of RTP’s and invoices for Processing.
  • Accurate capturing and distribution of daily Processing reports and weekly summaries.
  • Processing of Production and Financial data into meaningful reports and graphs.
  • Typing of all memorandums for the site.
  • Management of financial weekly forecast for the department and report on expenditure.
  • Assisting with month-end figures.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

  • Grade 12 and a Tertiary Qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant administrative experience in a continuous operation production environment.
  • The ability to pay attention to detail and Accuracy – high work ethic.
  • Have excellent administration & time management skills.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer knowledge is essential with experience in Word, Excel & Power Point.
  • Knowledge of LN & 20 keys will be an advantage.
