Job Description

We are looking for a Bid Coordinator in Cape Town with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in bid submissions, preparation of pre-qualification documents, and invitations to tenders, preferably in the construction/engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working with an engineering consultant or architectural design firm.
  • Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required.
  • Confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office (Essential).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign (Preferred).
