An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Mass Market Tied Agent to enhance funeral sales in the mass market segment. The Mass Market Tied Agent will be responsible for funeral sales and servicing in the mass market client segment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a personal network within the sales territory and represent the organisation and Finbond at industry events, sourcing referrals and recommendations from existing customers to identify sales opportunities, promote the organisation, and enhance its reputation.
Sell Customer Propositions
Identify products or services that meet customer needs, use expertise to propose quantities and configurations, explain options, and invite purchase under standard terms.
Customer Prospecting
Guide customers through product features, linking them to their pain points.
Customer Relationships Development
Implement a contact plan to communicate launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns. Handle queries and complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.
Client & Customer Management (External)
Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
