Job description

Lead a high performing team to ensure superior service standards are maintained and met.

  • Continuous engagement, upliftment, and education of the team
  • Key Account Management

Build and maintain client relationships, provide continuous feedback, and implement improvements for clients.

  • Plan and execute new installations
  • Coordinate client promotions and events

Formulate and execute growth plans, penetrate new markets, and expand existing business.

  • Develop area-specific sales pitches and pitch boxes
  • Conduct continuous market research and trend analysis
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts aligned with targets.

  • Operations management

Implement procedures and controls to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage stock, invoicing, and deliveries accurately
  • Ensure team training and audits are completed to standards, including technical callouts
