The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring these senior leaders operate efficiently, with seamless administrative and organisational support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive-level assistance to both directors
  2. Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  5. Maintain structure and organisation in day-to-day operations
  6. Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on director action items
  7. Support with ad hoc personal or business-related tasks
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in administration, business support, or office management
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
