Job description

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Product Performance Monitoring
2. Review and analyze system performance data.
3. Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
4. Technical Support :
5. Provide troubleshooting support for complex issues.
6. Create SOPs and training materials for technical processes.
7. Ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues.
8. Product Management :
9. Conduct market research to identify product improvement opportunities.
10. Collaborate with R&D for product enhancements.
11. Manage product lifecycle including updates and rollouts.
12. Client Communication :
13. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
14. Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups.
15. Log, track, and resolve complaints or service issues.
16. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
17. Feedback Collection & Analysis :
18. Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
19. Prepare satisfaction reports and identify areas for improvement.
20. Operations & Maintenance Planning :
21. Develop detailed schedules for regular maintenance.
22. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
23. Implementation & Monitoring :
24. Oversee maintenance activities to ensure adherence to schedule.
25. Track progress and update stakeholders on completion.
26. Ensure availability of required tools and equipment.
27. Maintenance Planning :
28. Develop project plans and timelines for maintenance.
29. Coordinate with procurement for materials availability.
30. Quality Assurance & Reporting :
31. Prepare completion reports and ensure documentation is updated.

Requirements
