Objective of the Role

To support the South African (SA) Commercial Business in executing the commercial strategy and achieving targeted growth and revenue through successful new product launches and maintaining the current product portfolio in South Africa and the SADC region.

This involves ensuring successful Marketing Authorization and variation approval from SAHPRA and other regulatory authorities within the designated timeframe. Additionally, the role includes ensuring compliance of Aspen Pharmacare's SA product portfolio with relevant laws and guidelines to support registration, growth, and sustainability within the legislative framework and company strategy.

The role also entails responsibility for Medical Information and Compliance activities related to new product launches and existing portfolios, including monitoring activities, supporting internal and external communications, and ensuring timely and compliant responses to inquiries and regulatory submissions.
