Job description

Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking Sales Call Centre Agents to serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will effectively sell multiple products to existing and new clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction. A natural sales ability over the phone is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer incoming calls and provide information.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell products to potential sales leads from various platforms.
  3. Handle and overcome client objections, focusing on opening, closing, and telephone etiquette, including reading buying signals.
  4. Identify customer needs through probing and seize opportunities to upsell.
  5. Meet minimum sales targets and achieve a QA (Quality Assurance) score of at least 90%.
  6. Achieve daily and monthly ARPU targets and sales conversions, requesting referral leads from clients.
  7. Meet daily talk time, SLA, and AHT targets.
  8. Adhere to call scripts, verify client information, and ensure proper declaration.
  9. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  10. Accurately capture sales and client details and schedule fitments properly.
  11. Liaise with clients via email as needed.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Over 3 years of experience in an inbound sales call centre, preferably with telematics experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and after hours, with one Saturday per month being mandatory.
