This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Production Planner (Master Production Scheduling and Shift Scheduler) and "To Stand Together for the Future of Flavor".

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production planning (MPS & Shift) on SAP / Excel to meet demand management requirements within inventory targets, OEE, allergen, cost, and efficiency constraints.
2. Distribute the SAP / Excel extracted production plan to support MRP requirements in a timely manner.
3. Communicate any constraints impacting demand / customer service effectively.
4. Measure and communicate production plan adherence by SKU, and attend all production meetings.
5. Schedule new product introductions and discontinuations efficiently, with minimal write-off exposure.
6. Clarify and maintain production parameters and data within SAP.
7. Maximize SAP utilization within production planning and scheduling.
8. Create ad hoc management reports as required.
9. Comply with all company regulations and procedures concerning Health and Safety.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Solid experience in a supply chain role working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
2. Practical experience of production planning in FMCG companies, preferably in the food industry.
3. Degree in Industrial, Supply Chain, Business, or Accounting.
4. Proven leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Excellent presentation skills and proactive contribution to customer presentations.
6. Experience managing and executing CI projects in a dynamic environment.
7. Cross-functional team player capable of operating effectively within a matrix structure.
8. Flexible, innovative problem solver.
9. Exposure to ERP / SC systems (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
10. Potential and desire to build a career within Supply Chain.
11. Ability to adapt in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
