Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Warehouse management and/or Supply Chain diploma and/or 5 years warehousing experience in Inventory management
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of WMS - CargoWrite
Job Related Requirements
- 3-year experience and effective working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System
- Excellent housekeeping and experience in Retail Logistics sector
- Extensive operational knowledge including inbound, stock management, outbound/order fulfillment, return processes, packaging, facility housekeeping, batch and expiry control, audits, SKU management, space utilization, pick-face replenishment, serial number management, expiry management, and variance measurement
- Problem solving skills including root cause analysis and corrective measures
- Managerial functions: planning, organizing, leading, controlling, monitoring
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Full site compliance including policies, regulations, work instructions, maintenance, and local authority requirements
- Stress and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of SHERQ standards, ISO 9001, ISO 18001
- Commercial acumen and experience managing client and supplier contracts, SLAs, and risks
- Financial acumen for cost control
- Leadership skills for training, performance management, and IR knowledge

Main Purpose of the Role
Maintain operational performance, meet KPIs, implement productivity and cost-saving improvements, manage operational, personnel, quality, safety, and financial aspects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Staff discipline and performance management
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Meet client expectations and develop solutions for continuous improvement
- Manage daily operational performance and employee development
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Support client with customized solutions and process improvements
- Plan and execute cycle counts, ABC analysis, and other inventory processes
- Investigate and complete CAPA documents related to errors and KPI issues
- Create and maintain reports in line with KPIs and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and perform ad hoc duties as required
- Maintain communication with clients and build supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels, control damaged stock, and ensure process adherence
- Manage facility maintenance and cleanliness
