Position Info:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Minimum 3-5 years focused on Office and desktop support.
  2. Senior Technical Support role with great growth opportunities based on performance.
  3. Provide support and perform maintenance within client organizations' computing environments utilizing Endpoint Management technologies.
  4. Manage, support, and maintain client Microsoft environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  5. Troubleshoot issues via onsite visits, telephone, email, or support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and proactive administration for Microsoft and related applications in the Azure platform.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Perform independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and judgment.
  • Resolve incidents efficiently through the incident management system.
  • Collaborate with vendor support to resolve technical issues.
  • Mentor and train colleagues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 4-5 years' experience with Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7/8, and MS Office.
  • Supporting MacOS experience.
  • Experience with N-Able products including N-Central, Cove Data Protection, and Mail Assure.
  • Experience supporting Office, Exchange Hybrid Configuration, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office applications.
  • Thorough understanding of current and emerging Microsoft core technologies.
