This role plays an integral part in our team, as you run all staff sourcing strategies and initiatives for the entire group.

A specialist with expertise in applying strategies to create and deliver systems that improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
The current workplace's increasing competitiveness, changing worker personalities, and workforce diversity demand a new hiring strategy.
This person oversees sourcing, identifying, assessing, and appointing resources for all group companies.
Strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding must be implemented.

What are the duties? Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with each company's objectives, ensuring staffing needs are met.
Understand hiring managers' needs to avoid wasting time with unsuitable candidates.
Market the company as an employer of choice by working with the marketing team to build our social media presence and advertise on suitable portals.
Create applicant pools and talent pipelines proactively, maintaining a database of vetted candidates for future needs.
Use social media, portals, networks, or other programs effectively.
Develop and implement graduate programs by establishing connections at universities and promoting the company to recent graduates.
Screen and assess candidates thoroughly, using technical and non-technical assessments to ensure high-quality referrals to hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment processes, including record keeping and tracking systems.
Supporting efficient full-cycle recruiting is crucial!
What skills and attributes are required? An effective communicator, confident in interacting with diverse individuals, both written and verbal.
Self-reliant, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Curious, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
Positive attitude, taking responsibility and initiative.
Cultural fit for a fast-paced, high-performance, yet informal and non-hierarchical organization.
Required qualifications include a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a similar field (advantageous), with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
Experience with social media, CV databases, professional networks, and full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is essential.
