Job Description :

The Project Manager leads projects independently. This individual is responsible for creating the project plan based on strategy information and job level determination. S/he or he owns the process from inception to completion, including participation in budget determination, creation of project schedules, managing resources for deliverables, raising red flags as issues arise, and ensuring adherence to approval processes. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, independently leading small to medium-sized projects. They develop project scope, engagement model, approach, timeline, and casting. They ask detailed and probing questions to determine the best approach, drive projects to completion within scope and budget, and recognize the need for and plan/scope for changes. They develop detailed project plans for their projects or collaborate with a Senior PM for larger or more complex projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. They use good judgment for escalation of issues. They create and communicate project status through burn reports or weekly summaries, ensure roles and responsibilities are clear, and involve experts when needed. They exhibit attention to detail while maintaining a macro perspective, proactively update the team on status and issues, and choose effective communication methods. They communicate effectively with peers, capability leads, and senior audiences, providing constructive feedback diplomatically. They respond professionally to client concerns, manage project risks, and partner with account teams for clear client communication. They participate in and lead client discussions on project plans and status, ensuring understanding of trade-offs. They manage project management tools for effective reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking across agency disciplines.
