Program Overview:

Join our 12-month Graduate Programme in the Compliance team, reporting to the Director of Compliance. The role is based in Centurion with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days on-site per week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct case and gap analysis to identify potential compliance issues.
  2. Stay current with PCI standards, AML regulations, Trade and Card Brand requirements, and other legal obligations.
  3. Track regulatory updates and draft summaries.
  4. Manage due diligence requests from banking partners and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training materials.
  6. Assist with audits, exams, and assessments.
  7. Investigate and resolve issue tickets from merchants, vendors, and support teams.
  8. Support compliance programs and risk assessments.
  9. Participate in projects and process improvements.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
  • Internship or experience in compliance, auditing, or regulation preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • South African ID, CV, Cover Letter, and Academic Record required.
