We are looking for aqualified and passionate Occupational Health Nursebased in or aroundDurbanto deliver professional, compliant, and compassionate care at client sites and at our clinic facility in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductoccupational health medicals, including baseline, periodic, exit, and return-to-work assessments
• Deliverprimary health care servicesand promote employee wellness on-site and through mobile clinics
• Administerhealth education and awareness programmesin collaboration with clients
• Monitormedical surveillanceprogrammes and maintain up-to-date health records
• Provideemergency and injury-on-duty (IOD)management and appropriate referrals
• Assist inrisk assessments, occupational hygiene awareness, and workplace health audits
• Ensurecompliance with OHSA, COIDA, and nursing protocols
• Maintain clinical equipment, consumables, and cold chain requirements
• Support reporting, data capturing, and case management using digital systems
• Collaborate with medical doctors, wellness practitioners, and client HR teams

Minimum Requirements

• Occupational Health Nursing qualification(Post-basic certificate)
• Registered Nursewith currentSANC registration
• Minimum3 years' experiencein occupational health
• ValidDrivers Licenseand willingness to travel when required
• Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand capable of working with clinical reporting tools
• Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Professional, ethical, and adaptable to different workplace environments
