Are you a high-performing sales professional with strong financial insight and a passion for closing strategic deals? We’re looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join a rapidly scaling tech company revolutionising incentive plan technology on a global scale.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the outbound sales cycle, build and maintain high-value client relationships, and close complex deals with international clients. This is a strategic front-office role offering exposure to C-suite decision-makers and the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and engage target clients globally
  • Generate and nurture leads through cold outreach and professional networking
  • Manage outbound sales campaigns and secure qualified meetings
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support RFPs and pricing discussions
  • Lead contract negotiations and finalise deal agreements
  • Develop strategic partnerships to increase market share
  • Gain deep product knowledge and position the platform effectively
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and IT teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements

Requirements

  • Strong financial background (CA, CFA Level 2/3, Lawyer, or Financial Product Specialist)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Experience in SaaS or fintech sales is advantageous
  • Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Self-driven, resilient, and solutions-focused
