MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide legal advice, opinions, and solutions, while managing legal risks in accordance with the Regionalisation model for business units and branches. The position is based within the Regions to ensure effective client support. The Legal Advisor will ensure legal compliance, manage external legal resources, and review and draft client agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Additionally, the role involves reviewing conditions precedent to ensure compliance and obtaining sign-off.
