Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership : Lead and inspire the manufacturing engineering team, offering mentorship, training, and development opportunities to support their success and growth.
  • Process Optimization : Develop and refine manufacturing processes to maximize production efficiency, quality, and safety, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to bring new products and processes to life.
  • Continuous Improvement : Champion lean manufacturing principles and lead initiatives to improve productivity, minimize waste, and elevate overall operational performance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Monitor production metrics and data to identify bottlenecks, uncover improvement opportunities, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Safety : Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.
  • Technology Integration : Oversee the adoption of new technologies, automation systems, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve efficiency.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Supplier & Vendor Relations : Collaborate with external suppliers to evaluate and source new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Technical Support : Provide expert technical guidance to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and drive process optimization.

  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze production data and identify actionable insights to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing operations and equipment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
