Position Overview

Join our dynamic multilingual BPO team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our international customers, playing a key part in delivering outstanding service and driving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

• Understand customer needs and identify relevant sales opportunities

• Stay updated on product and service information

• Maintain strong communication with prospects and customers

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)

• Prior experience in outbound sales or call center roles preferred

• A strong sales-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre

• Open to graduates and undergraduates,Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

• Ability to gather and clarify information from customers, with a focus on issue resolution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Comfortable working in a contact center environment
