Tswana Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Job Description:

Our client based in Century City is seeking a Tswana Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, deliver first-class customer service to increase business profitability, and remain committed to fair treatment of customers. The role involves direct communication with clients via inbound calls and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months of unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industries, with knowledge of relevant legislative environments (highly desirable)
Requirements:
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Fluent in Tswana (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Available immediately
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Own transport (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist irate members and escalate issues when necessary to senior agents or team leaders
  • Maintain productivity levels and meet quality standards
  • Perform daily administrative functions and accurately capture information into CRM systems
  • Support company policies and practices
  • Review and action cases promptly
  • Monitor Average Handling Time to meet standards
  • Adhere to work schedules and monitor workflow
  • Ensure cases are completed within SLA times
  • Maintain customer quality standards and comply with business processes and legislation
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels (verbal and written)
  • Be solution-driven with excellent problem-solving and accuracy skills
  • Work independently, taking initiative and demonstrating motivation
  • Operate confidently in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborate effectively within a team
  • Prioritize workload and organizational tasks efficiently
Salary and Working Hours:
  • Salary: R9500
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
