To manage all aspects of a dealership selling trucks, buses, and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Processes and governance
- Develop, align, and implement a tactical strategy along with policies and guidelines.
- Create and execute tactical delivery plans and set operational targets.
- Monitor the delivery of operational plans, and adjust as necessary for improvement.
- Implement corporate governance and compliance policies to identify and manage risks.
- Advise on processes to execute marketing plans supporting organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain advertising campaigns to increase market penetration.
- Establish performance criteria and evaluation methods to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure business retention through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
Finance
- Prepare budgets aligned with delivery plans, monitor variances, and report findings.
- Implement medium-term cost improvement initiatives.
- Drive sales targets and profitability.
Client / Customer
- Develop service delivery plans for internal and external customers and oversee their implementation.
- Negotiate deals with customers to ensure profitability.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to support operational goals.
People
- Plan and implement capacity development for staff in line with objectives and budgets.
- Manage change through targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications
- Matric
- National Diplomas or Advanced Certificates at NQF Level 05 are advantageous.
Relevant Years of Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the commercial vehicle sector.
