The Credit Risk Analyst / Data Scientist contributes to our Consulting and Analytics team by developing and delivering reporting, credit risk strategies, predictive models, and prescriptive models across the consumer credit lifecycle in various industries. You should be passionate about data and technology, eager to learn, and possess strong collaboration skills. Working with advisors and senior team members, you will be responsible for ensuring project success in terms of results, quality, budgets, and timelines. Typical tasks include applying advanced analytical techniques, constructing data-driven strategies, providing insights, and presenting key recommendations.
A numerical degree in statistics, operational research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
At least 2 years in consumer credit analytics.
The role is primarily remote but requires some onsite collaboration and travel within South Africa and possibly abroad.
If working remotely, ensure a stable internet connection and a conducive work environment.
