Main Purpose: The Cluster Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing country marketing plans that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for Puma Energy. The Cluster Marketing Manager will work closely with various business units across Africa to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Puma Energy's overall business goals.

- Planning:
- Provide detailed plans of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct detailed research on the operating environment.
- Perform market research to identify target audiences and develop resonant marketing messages.
- Identify opportunities for marketing Puma Energy's brand and products.
- Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
Execution and Tracking:- Collaborate with country teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign results to measure effectiveness, including ROMI assessments.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Prepare and monitor quarterly marketing budgets.
Compliance Management:- Ensure adherence to all marketing brand guidelines.
Reporting:- Report monthly on marketing trends and campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare pre- and post-ROMI reports for campaigns.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience; Oil & Gas, Retail, or FMCG experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Experience in a multinational company with a matrix organizational structure.
