Senior Voice and Data Sales Executive
Our client, a reputable company based in the Vaal Triangle, has a vacancy for a Senior Voice and Data Sales Executive. The role involves promoting the company's values and selling its products or services to customers.
Job Purpose
- To generate leads, build sustainable customer relationships, present products/services, and close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 / N3 (Matric certificate required).
- Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in business development and sales.
- Experience in Office Automation, Software, Access Control, Alternative Energy, CCTV, PBX, ICT, Voice, and Data is preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and product demonstrations.
- Forecast sales, identify prospects, and report on customer requirements.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless sales processes.
- Maintain and update the CRM platform regularly.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Complete relevant training to enhance product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Travel as required to meet clients and conduct customer engagement.
- Manage customer relationships and handle queries and complaints.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and operations.
- Support other departments as needed.

Working Conditions
07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday.
