Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget to deliver tailored event experiences.
Develop comprehensive event timelines, checklists, and plans to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
Source and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and entertainers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct site inspections and plan layouts that optimize the use of the estate's unique venues and surroundings.
Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all logistics are executed to perfection.
Manage on-site event staff, providing direction and support during functions to maintain high service standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of all event-related materials, equipment, and décor items, ensuring they are well-maintained and available when needed.
Proactively seek new opportunities to attract clients and secure bookings for the estate's event spaces.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote event services through campaigns, social media, and networking events.

Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication from initial inquiry to post-event feedback.
