Job description

Recruiting for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to be part of an ICT Network Upgrade Project to modernize and enhance our client’s network infrastructure.

• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional or HPE Aruba Networking Certified Expert
• Proven experience in enterprise-grade network design, deployment, and optimization
• Familiarity with Telnet / SSH, ACL, QoS, VLANs, and wireless security

Key Responsibilities :

Configuration and Deployment :

• Setup of one (1) Core Switch and two (2) Edge Switches
• Support for static routing (IPv4 / IPv6), QoS, ACLs, PoE scheduling, Guest VLANs, and GUI / CLI management
• Network patching and stacking capability

VLAN Configuration and Segregation :

• Implementation of new VLANs for Data, Voice, Wi-Fi, and more
• Integration with existing and proposed VLAN schemes

Wi-Fi Setup and Security :

• Centralized management platform for wireless networks
• Staff SSID with Active Directory integration and certificate-based authentication
• Guest SSID with secure web registration, SSL certificate, and internet-only access
• Automatic expiration of guest accesses every 24 hours
• Seamless AP roaming and VLAN support across SSIDs

IP Addressing and DHCP Configuration :

• DHCP scope setup with sufficient IPs for staff and devices
