Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy EduTech Specialist to support our clients post-sale through product demonstrations, training, and technical support. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the adoption of our interactive display and digital learning solutions. Ideal for someone passionate about educational technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live and virtualproduct demonstrationsfor interactive panels and related software.
  • Provideafter-sales technical supportand training to schools, teachers, and corporate clients.
  • Assist withinstallation oversight, onboarding, and configuration of educational technology solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding ofTutorTouchand other educational tech products to advise clients effectively.
  • Developtraining materials, user guides, and video tutorials tailored to client needs.
  • Act as the first line of support for technical troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a smoothhandover and client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on user experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience inEdTech, ICT, or classroom technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding ofinteractive displays, digital whiteboards, and educational software.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentationskills.
  • Ability to train bothtechnical and non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for education and innovation.
  • Ability to travel both national and international to client sites for onsite demonstrations and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or related field.
  • Previous experience inteaching, educational consulting, or technical sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like TutorTouch, Promethean, SMART, or Clevertouch.
