Requirements :
- Appropriate qualification that allows registration with HPCSA as an Independent Medical Practitioner. Current registration with HPCSA. The following will be added advantages: work experience in Neurology and FCP part one (1) in Neurology.
Duties :
- The successful candidate will work full-time in the Department of Neurology, providing after-hours care (night, weekend, public holidays) to ensure continuous patient care. The candidate will rotate between Kalafong Provincial Tertiary Hospital and Steve Biko Academic Hospital, working independently under the supervision of a Specialist Neurologist. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate students, participating in academic meetings, journal clubs, case presentations, and topic discussions.

- This position is a joint appointment between the Gauteng Department of Health and the University of Witwatersrand / University of Pretoria / Sefako Makgatho University.
