Join our client as a Customer Service Executive, where your primary focus will be on anticipating and resolving customer issues while surpassing their expectations. Operating remotely from South Africa, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our client’s Swedish-speaking customers, providing assistance across phone, chat, and email platforms. From addressing order inquiries to guiding customers through website navigation, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience. Utilizing a variety of tools, you’ll research, navigate, and communicate solutions effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements for thisSwedish speaking Customer Service Executive jobin South Africa (Remote) :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Completion of an NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12 qualification, or higher.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inbound Customer Service, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment handling phone calls.
  • Competent in using computers for various tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts within a 24-hour Monday to Sunday timeframe, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace equipped with a desk and chair, free from distractions.
  • Minimum 10Mbps download and 20Mbps upload speed (ADSL / LTE / WIFI / AirFiber). It’s essential to ensure that your address matches your profile location for connectivity purposes.
