Job Description
The role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment. The individual is responsible for achieving results through their own efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Providing quality service, identifying new business opportunities, supporting retention, processing cases, handling complex queries, and resolving customer issues.
- Solutions Analysis: Analyzing problems to find optimal solutions, whether technical or professional.
- Receiving Visitors: Welcoming visitors, assisting with information requests, and referring complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Scheduling follow-ups, entering information into the CRM system, and maintaining quality data for effective customer retention and business development.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Setting objectives for sales calls, tailoring presentations, asking relevant questions, and evaluating customer interest.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Developing relationship management plans, identifying decision-makers, and building relationships within customer organizations.
- Operational Compliance: Understanding and adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, obtaining necessary authorizations.
- Business Development: Monitoring sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Networking within the business sector, representing the organization at events, and enhancing visibility and reputation.
- Data Exploration: Conducting research and analyzing data using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
- Network of Influence: Participating in and contributing to internal and external networks to leverage relationships and ideas.
