Job Description

The role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment. The individual is responsible for achieving results through their own efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Service: Providing quality service, identifying new business opportunities, supporting retention, processing cases, handling complex queries, and resolving customer issues.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyzing problems to find optimal solutions, whether technical or professional.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcoming visitors, assisting with information requests, and referring complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Scheduling follow-ups, entering information into the CRM system, and maintaining quality data for effective customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Setting objectives for sales calls, tailoring presentations, asking relevant questions, and evaluating customer interest.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Developing relationship management plans, identifying decision-makers, and building relationships within customer organizations.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understanding and adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, obtaining necessary authorizations.
  8. Business Development: Monitoring sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Networking within the business sector, representing the organization at events, and enhancing visibility and reputation.
