Our partners are growing, and we are looking for a Partnership Manager to join the Partnership and Operations team. This team member should have excellent communication skills, be professional, customer-facing, highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing partnerships, demonstrate patience and energy, and be eager to understand the valuable services SprintHive offers to our partners. The role requires willingness to travel within South Africa for partnership visits, onboarding, and training, including proof of concept and go-live support.

Responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing all day-to-day engagements and queries with existing and new partners.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships—both partnership and internal.
  3. Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills externally and internally.
  4. Managing partner and internal team expectations consistently.
  5. Training agents and team leaders on our services, typically for proof of concept or product go-live.
  6. Providing on-call support for partnership-related queries, including user access requests and password resets.
  7. Preparing and delivering monthly access reports.
  8. Preparing and presenting Partnership and Product Performance Reports.
  9. Managing partner projects effectively.
  10. Representing SprintHive at partnership meetings.
  11. Collaborating with the broader SprintHive team to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
  12. Assisting with the review and input into Partnership Agreements.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in partner/client management.
  2. Experience in the financial services industry; knowledge of products and technology is a plus.
