Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator to provide essential administrative support for administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be articulate, client-focused, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication skills—particularly over the phone—are essential, along with a proactive approach to completing projects and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties to update internal systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone and email
- Assist with project coordination and follow-through to ensure timely completion
- Prepare and manage internal documents, forms, and reports
- Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative work
- Contribute to smooth office operations and efficiency

Qualifications
