What You’ll Do:

1. Create with Purpose – Design bold, eye-catching, and platform-native content that makes people stop, watch, and engage.
2. Turn Data into Design – Work closely with the insights team to interpret social trends and audience behavior, transforming them into smart, creative work.
3. Mentor & Guide – Lead and inspire junior designers, helping them level up their craft and conceptual thinking.
4. Be Hands-On – Whether it’s capturing content on the go, editing in real time, or hacking a tiny budget into a big idea, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
5. Engage in Social Listening – Stay ahead of visual trends, memes, and cultural moments to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant.
6. Think Beyond the Post – Conceptualise and execute campaigns, activations, and reactive content that push the boundaries of social creativity.
7. Collaborate & Execute – Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and community managers to bring ideas to life in the most impactful way.

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years of experience in social-first design, motion, or art direction.
2. A portfolio packed with clever, high-impact social content.
3. A deep understanding of different platforms and what works visually on each.
4. The ability to balance quick-turn reactive content with high-concept creative work.
5. A passion for social media—you're always online, always absorbing, and always experimenting.
6. Experience mentoring and leading junior designers.
7. A resourceful, “make it happen” attitude—no budget, no problem.
8. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points for motion and video editing skills).
9. A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling in a social-first world.
