We’re looking for a dynamic, seasoned and resilient HR Generalist to join our fast-paced HR team! If you're an organised, meticulous, and confident self-starter who thrives on supporting people, streamlining processes, and driving HR objectives, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (key Responsibilities)

As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and support full-cycle recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, contracts, and compliance registers.
  • Administer and track training, inductions, and probation processes.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labour legislation.
  • Coordinate employee relations matters including disciplinary hearings and counselling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR controls, including WSP, EE, and BBBEE data tracking.
  • Drive HR calendar events (wellness, engagement, reviews) and support ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to management on HR-related issues.

Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3–5 years of generalist HR experience in a fast-paced or operational environment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR compliance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 or Equivalent Qualification; and
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Sound understanding of compliance practices and reporting
