Job Description :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their executive team. This leader will drive their commercial strategy pricing models build new distribution channels develop growth opportunities and foster strategic partnerships to position their business as the premier choice in the fintech ecosystem.

Your daily adventures include :

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute their commercial strategy to drive revenue growth market share and profitability.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to align commercial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies in fintech to maintain their competitive edge.

Sales and Business Development

  • Oversee and optimize the sales and business development functions to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Establish and nurture highvalue client relationships focusing on enterprise and SME sectors.
  • Identify new markets partnerships and channels for growth ensuring diversification of revenue streams.

Marketing and Customer Engagement

  • Guide marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility customer acquisition and retention.
  • Enhance customer experience by promoting tailored fintech solutions and innovative offerings.
  • Lead crossfunctional collaboration between sales marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and market demands.

Partnerships and Ecosystem Development

  • Forge and maintain strategic alliances with banks technology partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as a key spokesperson and representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and mentor highperforming sales marketing and partnership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial sales or business development role within the fintech banking or payments industry.

  • A track record of driving revenue growth developing strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious targets.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Exposure to international markets and crossborder payment solutions.
