Requirements :

1. Minimum of 10 years experience in the Property or Services industry or similar, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
2. Strong track record in developing and executing profitable strategies.
3. Relevant industry qualifications, preferably with a degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
4. Proficiency in financial systems and controls.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
