Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Group Benefits Claims Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing claims efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires a solid understanding of group benefits, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

What To Expect
  1. Processing and payment of claims
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to all client queries
  3. Maintain complete and accurate data on internal systems
  4. Adhere to established turnaround times and service level agreements
  5. Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal and external clients
  6. Generate and distribute accurate monthly reports
  7. Assist in developing and enhancing administration procedures
  8. Assist with the implementation of specific projects in the claims team
What You'll Bring
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric
  • Certificate of Proficiency (preferable)
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years Group Benefits experience

  • Sound knowledge and application of the Pension Funds Act
  • Fluent in at least one African language
