A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking an entry-level receptionist to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with hotel departments. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer relations and a strong command of English.
Welcome and assist guests, directing them correctly in a friendly and polite manner.
Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
Check guests in and out, and take payments.
Manage telephone calls, emails, and reservations promptly and professionally.
Ensure all correspondence is recorded and filed accurately.
Ensure that all bookings are guaranteed, and apply no-show or late cancellation charges where appropriate.
Review guest special requests and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Handle problems effectively and professionally.

Experience in managing customer relations face-to-face and via phone.
High level of spoken and written English.
Customer service skills across face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
Proven experience in hospitality reception, administration, or similar customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with Opera software.
