Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-sports Coach and Manager to lead our competitive teams in a fully remote setup. You will strategize, coach, manage rosters, and drive player development to compete on the global stage from anywhere.

You will develop training regimes, mentor players, recruit talent, negotiate contracts, and organize participation in online and offline tournaments, fostering discipline and teamwork across diverse players.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a coach or manager in professional or semi-professional e-sports.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple popular e-sports titles and their competitive meta.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics, player psychology, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse group of professional gamers.
• Demonstrated success in tournament play or league management.
