Key Responsibilities
Deliver High-Impact E-Procurement Training
- Design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions focused on e-procurement processes, tools, and strategies.
- Tailor training programs to the unique needs of public sector entities, NGOs, and private enterprises.
- Use innovative learning methods — including case studies, real-world simulations, and interactive workshops — to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.
Develop and Enhance Training Content
- Create, update, and refine training materials to reflect emerging technologies, regulatory standards, and best practices in e-procurement.
- Incorporate digital platforms, supplier management tools, e-auctions, and contract management modules into the curriculum.
- Leverage e-learning technology and blended learning approaches to deliver dynamic and accessible content.
Provide Expert E-Procurement Consulting Services
- Advise organizations on optimizing their procurement processes through digital transformation.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions to streamline procurement workflows, enhance transparency, and improve supplier engagement.
- Offer actionable recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency, compliance, and value-for-money outcomes.
Stay Ahead in the Digital Procurement Space
- Keep abreast of global trends, technological advancements (such as e-marketplaces, blockchain procurement, AI-driven sourcing), and evolving procurement regulations.
- Integrate new insights and technologies into training programs and consultancy assignments to offer clients forward-looking solutions.
Deliver Training Globally
- Facilitate e-procurement training sessions for diverse audiences across industries and regions.
- Deliver sessions in English and French to ensure broad accessibility and inclusivity.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or specialized certifications in e-Procurement/Digital Supply Chain are highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing e-procurement systems (such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.).
- Proven experience in training, capacity building, or consulting in procurement or supply chain management.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of e-procurement platforms, electronic tendering, supplier management portals, and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Deep understanding of procurement compliance standards (such as PPDA, UNCITRAL Model Law, or donor-funded procurement guidelines).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills in both English and French, with a demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, learner-centered training.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and the development of blended learning programs.
