Job description

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current), a strong advantage.
• Minimum 1+ years experience in E-Plan.
• Experience in creating E-Plan drawings essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical processes and knowledge of SANS 10142.
• Electrical panel building skills.
• Drivers License and own transport essential.

Essential Experience Required :

• Design controls systems.
• Hardware selection according to Electrical principles.
• Be able to read and interpret E-Plan drawings.

Responsibilities :

• Develop control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQs.
• Develop detailed bill of materials from control concepts.
• Document the control concept in E-Plan software.
• Continually improve design philosophy based on international and local electrical standards.
• Apply electrical principals to ensure sound operation of company projects.
• Team player who understands the importance of transparency of tasks, progress and reviewing completed tasks as a team to ensure quality.
• Good presentational skills.
• Disciplined and organised.
