E-Commerce Warehouse Assistant (JHB)

Babylonstoren’s Retail department has grown significantly, and we are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Midrand, Johannesburg. You must be detail orientated with an energetic and positive attitude to complement the current company culture.

Requirements

1. Proven, relevant experience in warehousing
2. 2 – 3 years’ warehouse experience
3. Valid driver’s license
4. Valid forklift license
5. Ability to multitask
6. Available to work on weekends
7. Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills
8. Experience in fresh produce will be advantageous

Responsibilities

1. Stock receiving and dispatch process
2. Quality checks at receiving
3. Coordinating stock control operations in the warehouse
4. Carrying out regular inventory audits
5. Keeping track of stock supply and storages
6. General warehouse maintenance
