Job description

Our client, a well-established UK company that specializes in selling sun protection products across 30 brands to a mainly UK customer base, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Performance Manager to join their team. They are looking for a South African to join their team and work for them, from home in South Africa.

Position Overview

They are seeking a data-driven E-commerce Performance Executive to oversee and optimize the analytical and performance aspects of our sun and skin care focused eCommerce site. This role will be responsible for driving the site’s performance, handling promotions, managing CRM and customer attribution, as well as monitoring site KPIs. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with a strong analytical background, capable of using insights to drive eCommerce growth and elevate customer experiences through data-backed decision-making.

Requirements

Experience

  • eCommerce Growth : 5+ years and a proven track record in driving revenue and growth for an E-Commerce business.
  • Data Analysis : Strong data-driven background in E-Commerce analytics platforms, for data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance Marketing : Hands on experience with paid channels, PPC, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Platform Knowledge : Proficient with the Shopify E-Commerce platform.
  • CRM Experience : Hands-on experience with CRM systems for customer retention and segmentation.
  • KPI Tracking : Skilled in monitoring E-Commerce KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
  • Testing Proficiency : Experience with A / B testing tools and methodologies to enhance performance.
  • Customer Insights : Ability to analyze and act on customer attribution and journey data.
  • Multi-brand Handling : Familiarity managing a portfolio of multiple brands, ideally within beauty or skincare.
  • Digital Marketing : Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • UX / UI Insights : Experience with UX / UI best practices and testing tools like Google Optimize.
  • Budget Management : Track record of effectively managing budgets to meet business goals.
