Job description

We're growing at TalentPop App, and we're on the lookout for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections and uncovering new opportunities.

What You'll Do
  1. Identify and research potential leads across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
  2. Reach out to prospects with personalized, engaging messaging
  3. Qualify leads and set up meetings for our sales team
  4. Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM
  5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
  • Comfortable communicating with people from various industries and backgrounds
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and outreach tools
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Experience with cold email or messaging campaigns is a plus
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
  • Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and upload speed
