You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and play a key role in optimising every step of the customer journey—from website updates to final delivery.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and motivate a dedicated ecommerce team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee the online store’s product listings, pricing updates, stock accuracy, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, tech, and supply chain to keep the ecommerce engine running efficiently.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly and reliably.
• Implement initiatives to boost customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with a solutions-first mindset.
• Manage logistics and delivery operations, including routing, vehicle oversight, and courier partnerships.
• Track performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.

What You’ll Need:
• 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a strong grasp of best practices.
• 5 years management experience with a focus on team development and performance.
